Pasg hapus – happy Easter!

Perhaps not so happy for a lot of people. A statistic that some jolly fellow tweeted was that more people have died in the last 48hrs than in any of the deadliest 48hrs during the Blitz . . . and there’s worse to come. Still, we carry on.

Our walks are a bit limited – haven’t used the car in weeks. Some of the coastal path remains shut but there’s a circular walk in the village. It passes over a stream and here, there appears to be a black troll guarding the bridge!!
Did we pay the troll? He does love a swim or just a dip to cool off – so much for being the old dog of 12 years? 84 in our years??
On the way back we pass under a giant rookery – such a din . . .
This is at the start/finish of the walk – from Apple tree cottage
Finishing off what’s left in the cupboard – triple sec & tequila = margaritas!!
A bit lazy but we can sit up in bed with our morning tea & coffee, watching the birds on the feeders. Today we had goldfinches – 3 at one time. Beautiful creatures.
And we still count our blessings that we have this view from our garden . . . .

And where were we last year? Easter 2019? See http://vivatek.co.uk/2019/04
