Sorry I haven’t been writing any new material for some months now . . . .I was diagnosed with advanced but localised prostate cancer and this has somewhat taken up my time and thoughts. I shan’t be mentioning that on here, as I want to keep this a Trefin blog and not everyone wants to read all the gory details – as I’m not going to hold back on my experiences. Hopefully the blog will help other men who may be travelling down the same road:
